The Maharashtra Land Records Department has published Advertisement No. 01/ 2025 for Bhumi Abhilekh Recruitment 2025, offering Government Jobs in Maharashtra for Group-C Land Surveyor posts. Qualified persons can apply online to appear for the competitive examination from October 1, 2025, until October 24, 2025. Age Limit

- Age Relaxation: As per Maharashtra Government rules for reserved categories (e.g., SC, ST, OBC, EWS etc.) and parallel reservations (e.g., Ex-Servicemen).

Selection Process
- Online Computer-Based Test (CBT): At least 45% must be secured by candidates to qualify their name in the merit list.
- Document Verification: Document verification will be conducted for shortlisted candidates, who will be selected on the basis of the merit list of CBT, regarding eligibility proof (e.g., educational certificates, domicile, caste certificate, non-creamy layer certificate for applicable categories etc.).
- Final Selection: A region-wise merit list will be prepared with the scores in CBT and will have tie-breaking features as per government rules (e.g., priority to families of farmers who committed suicide, age, higher educational qualifications etc.).
- Probation: Newly appointed candidates shall complete one year of service (extendable), including compulsory training at the Land Records Training Institute, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and qualifying in a service entry exam.

- Once uploaded, they will further be: Your passport-size photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm, 20-50 KB, 200×230 pixels)signature (10-20 KB, 140×60 pixels), left thumb impression (20-50 KB, 240×240 pixels) and handwritten declaration in English (50-100 KB, 800×400 pixels).
- Pay the application fee online and keep an e-Receipt.
