- Special Educator (Primary): Level 06, Basic Pay Rs. 25,300 – Rs. 80,500/- (Starting Rs. 25,300/-), plus DA (~50%), HRA (8-24%) and other allowances as per Chhattisgarh Govt. rules.
- Special Educator (Upper Primary): Level 08, Basic Pay Rs. 28,700 – Rs. 91,300/- (Starting Rs. 28,700/-), plus DA (~50%), HRA (8-24%) and other allowances as per state rules.
- Special Educator (Secondary): Level 09, Basic Pay Rs. 38,100 – Rs. 1,20,900/- (Starting Rs. 38,100/-), plus DA (~50%), HRA (8-24%) and other allowances as per state rules.
Selection Process
- Recruitment will be conducted purely on merit; no written examination will be held.
- Marks obtained in qualifying examinations will be given appropriate weightage as per prescribed criteria.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for document verification based on merit ranking.
- A merit list will be prepared (twice the number of vacancies), along with a waiting list comprising 25% of the total posts.
- Selection will be finalized after verification of original documents and fulfillment of eligibility conditions.
- Selected candidates will serve a probation period of three years from the date of appointment.
