ESIC Hospital Tinsukia Specialist Recruitment 2025 – Walk-in Interview for 8 Posts
Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Labour & Employment Ministry, Government of India is inviting applications for Full Time Specialist (FTS) and Part Time Specialist (PTS) posts on contractual terms at ESIC Hospital, Tinsukia, Assam. Suitable Indian nationals possessing the required qualifications, experience and skills may attend walk-in interviews according to the schedule. The candidates must meet the eligibility requirements, including educational qualifications, age criteria and experience. ESIC will appoint the selected candidates on a contract basis only. Important Dates
- Walk-in Interview Dates: Every Wednesday & Friday (excluding holidays) until vacancies are filled.
- Application Submission Deadline: Email application by every preceding Tuesday of the interview week.
- Interview Reporting Time: 09:00 AM to 09:30 AM for document verification.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 69 Years (as on the date of interview).
Application Fee

- Security Deposit: Selected candidates must submit a DD/Bankers Cheque of Rs. 30,000/- in favor of “ESI Fund Account No. 1” payable at Tinsukia.

Pay Scale
- Full Time Specialist: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month.
- Part Time Specialist: Rs. 60,000/- per month.
- Charges for Emergency visit (if willing): Rs. 15,000/-.
- Additional Remuneration beyond 16 hours/week: Rs. 800/- for every additional hour.

- Find the notification “THE POST OF FULL TIME SPECIALIST (FTS)/ PART TIME SPECIALIST (PTS) ON CONTRACT BASIS”.
- Read the whole notice carefully and ensure your eligibility.
- Send the duly filled application form along with MCI/SMC Number and Contact Number to ms-tinsukia.as@esic.nic.in by the last Tuesday of the interview week.
- Attend the walk-in interview at ESIC Hospital, Tinsukia, Sector-2, Bordoloi Nagar, Tinsukia, Assam-786125 with all the required documents (originals and one self-attested photocopy).
- Documents required are Age Proof (10th Class certificate/Birth certificate), MBBS Certificate, Two recent passport-size photos, Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, if required), PG Degree/Diploma Certificate, MCI/SMC Registration Certificate with MD/MS/DNB qualification, No Objection Certificate (if required), Experience Certificate (if required).
- Report for document verification between 09:00 AM to 09:30 AM on the date of interview.
- In case of selection, bring a DD/Bankers Cheque of Rs. 30,000/- as security deposit
FAQs
Indian nationals possessing an MBBS degree and holding a recognized PG Degree or PG Diploma in the appropriate specialty with State Medical Council registration, MCI registration, are eligible to apply. They must meet the age criteria of up to 69 years and have the work experience as needed. Both Full Time and Part Time Specialist candidates can apply through walk-in interview.
It is strictly on performance in the walk-in interview. Only those candidates whose documents are verified will be allowed to appear. Medical fitness is mandatory and the decision of the Selection Board is absolute. Contractual appointment is strictly on merit and meritocracy.
Candidates should furnish age proof, certificates of MBBS and PG degree/diploma, MCI/SMC registration, caste or income certificate (if necessary), two passport-sized photos, experience certificates and a No Objection Certificate by the current employer. Original and self-attested copies of all documents are to be furnished for verification.
