Selection Process
- The Selection Committee will prepare a merit list based on combined academic and interview performance.
- 40% weightage will be given to Post-Graduate Marks in the merit.
- 40% weightage will also be given to Marks for Special B.Ed. or equivalent marks.
- The interview is assigned 20% weightage.
- The selection committee will recommend the final selection based on total merit.
- Officials will appoint selected candidates to their preferred development blocks.
- The recruitment team could hold selection for session 2025–26 purely on a contract basis.
- The Selection Committee will have final and binding authority.
