Selection Process

  • The Selection Committee will prepare a merit list based on combined academic and interview performance.
  • 40% weightage will be given to Post-Graduate Marks in the merit.
  • 40% weightage will also be given to Marks for Special B.Ed. or equivalent marks.
  • The interview is assigned 20% weightage.
  • The selection committee will recommend the final selection based on total merit.
  • Officials will appoint selected candidates to their preferred development blocks.
  • The recruitment team could hold selection for session 2025–26 purely on a contract basis.
  • The Selection Committee will have final and binding authority.
