Selection Process
- A candidate selected on a deputation basis will be appointed by the Ministry of Power for a period of up to five years.
- All applications will be screened by the Ministry of Power to determine their eligibility and experience.
- Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on service records and background experience in the power sector.
- All shortlisted candidates will then be invited for a personal interview by the Selection Committee.
- The committee will evaluate for leadership, technical knowledge and administrative capacity during the interview.
- The committee will make recommendations for the appointment based on overall merit.
- The appointment will then be confirmed by the Competent Authority.
