District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Bankura has published the recruitment notification for various contractual posts under National Health Mission (NHM), Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal. Eligible candidates who are permanent residents of West Bengal with the ability to speak local languages are invited to apply online starting from 11 AM on the November 18, 2025 until midnight of the November 26, 2025. Selection Process

  • Unpacking of online applications for the purposes of screening for completeness, correctness and meeting the required eligibility criteria.
  • Evaluation of educational qualifications with candidates being scored based on either proportionate scoring or weighted academic performance.
  • Evaluation of the relevant professional experience with marks granted in accordance with the number of completed years in eligible roles as per the post-specific guidelines.
  • Conduct written tests and interviews or skill-based examinations for recruitment posts that require an assessment in addition to academic scoring and experience scoring.
  • Preparation of the final merit list based on the overall score obtained through all stages and selection of candidates in order of merit.
