Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), India’s premier Navaratna Defence Electronics Company under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has announced the BEL Fixed Term Engineer Recruitment 2025 for qualified Indian nationals. Pay Scale
- Senior Engineer (E-III): Rs. 50,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,60,000/-
- Deputy Engineer (E-II): Rs. 40,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,40,000/-
Selection Process
- The eligible candidates will be short-listed and called for a written test.
- The written test will carry 85% weight in the final merit.
- Short-listed candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 1 : 5 in case of E-II posts and 1:7 in the case of E-III posts. The interview will carry 15% weightage.
- Minimum qualifying marks in Written Test and Interview separately: 35% for General/OBC and 30% for ST/PwBD candidates.
- Final selection will be based on combined performance in the Written Test and Interview.
- Written Test and Interview will be tentatively scheduled at Delhi-NCR.
