IOCL-Marketing Division, Eastern Region, invites applications from only Indian Nationals who meet the eligibility criteria as per the details given below for IOCL Trade/Technician/Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2025. Selected candidates shall undergo on-the-job training in their respective disciplines and assist in obtaining practical experience at a reputed PSU. Candidates who satisfy all the eligibility conditions regarding qualification and age can apply online on NATS/NAPS Portal from December 10, 2025 to January 9, 2026. It is an initiative of IOCL for skill development with provision for recruitment in large numbers across Eastern India- West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, Assam, Sikkim, Tripura, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Selection Process
- Merit list shall be prepared exclusively based on the percentage of marks scored in the prescribed qualification.
- The shortlisted candidates thereafter will be called for the verification of documents.
- The candidates should be medically fit according to the prescriptions of IndianOil standards.
- Final offer of engagement will be issued only after successful document verification and medical fitness certification.
- Remaining vacancies will be offered to waitlisted candidates from the merit panel.

- Register/login on the appropriate portal – NATS for Diploma/Graduate or NAPS for ITI/DEO

- Fill up your profile completely with correct percentage of marks and apply for only one discipline code.

FAQs
Candidates who have passed the desired educational qualification in respective trades/discipline within the stipulated period are eligible. This includes ITI, Diploma and Graduate courses. The applicant must be within the prescribed age limit criteria besides having other essential documents like Aadhaar, PAN and educational certificates to complete the registration in the NATS/ NAPS portal.
Application to be done online through NATS/NAPS web portals. Online registration is to be done and scanned self-attested copies of the documents are to be uploaded. Candidate must also submit a Microsoft form mentioning location preference for training along with the application on the web portal before the due date so that the candidates can be considered for document verification and further processing.
Selection is purely merit-based and based on percentage of marks obtained in the essential qualifications. No written test/ interview will be conducted. Only shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification and pre-engagement medical fitness before offering the apprenticeship training.
