WBSRLM Anandadhara Project Recruitment 2025 – Apply Now for 71 Posts
West Bengal state rural livelihoods mission (WBSRLM) under Anandadhara project has posted advertisement of the Sangha Co-Ordinator and CLF accountant and MIS in several Sangha Samabay in Suri Sadar Sub-Division, Birbhum District. Female applicants to the project who are eligible and members of Self-Help Groups (SHG) are invited to apply offline by December 29, 2025. These interim appointments of up to 60 years renewable give tremendous chances to Government jobs in West Bengal. The criteria to be used will be written test, computer test and interview.

Selection Process
- Filtering the applications according to eligibility terms.
- Written Examination (MCQ type, questions for secondary level, negative marking not, time 1 hour 30 minutes)
- Computer Proficiency Test (practical skills in word, excel, power point)
- Personal Interview
- The preparation of final merit list on the basis of total marks (100 marks: Written – changes with post, Computer Test – changes with post, Interview – 10 marks).
- Confirmation of the documents and district level CBO-HR Committee, Suri Sadar Sub-Division.

- Visit the official Birbhum district website at https://birbhum.gov.in
- Go to the “Notice” section and select “Recruitment” category
- Locate the advertisement with a title of Application to “SDO Suri Sadar SD, Birbhum & Chairperson, Block Level CBO” (Memo No: 1499/S Dated: December 12, 2025).
- Get the official notification in PDF and the prescribed application form using the links sent to us in the advertisement.
- Complete the application form with all the details.
- Include self-attested documents of necessary documents (age proof, education certificates, computer certificate, residence proof, SHG/NRLM ID etc.)
- Put the envelope in the appropriate box at Suri Sadar Sub-Division Office, Birbhum.
- The application should be submitted before the deadline (December 29, 2025, 5 PM); otherwise, the incomplete or delayed applications will be disqualified.

FAQs
It involves personal interview, computer test and written test. Written tests can evaluate general knowledge, thematic knowledge and writing skills and the computer test test is an evaluation of the competency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Applicants are required to go through all phases and missing any phase can make them be disqualified. Final merit list shall be drawn up by the District Level CBO-HR Committee.
The shortlisted candidates will be advertised in a number of Sangha Samabay in the Suri Sadar Sub-Division, Birbhum District, West Bengal. The posting can be in any Gram Panchayat of the block in question to have good administration locally. It will require the applicants to be ready to move inside the block as required by the work.
The candidates need to do it offline by filling an application that is self-attested and attaching all the required documents to the Suri Sadar Sub-Division office by December 29, 2025. Evidence of age, education and computer certificate, SHG membership, address should be attached. Applications that are not complete will be refused.
