TNPSC Group 2 Result 2025 – Released

The Commission published the TNPSC Group 2 Prelims Result 2025 on December 2, 2025, on its official website tnpsc.gov.in. Candidates who appeared for the examination on September 28, 2025, can download the merit list PDF containing the register numbers of qualified candidates without logging in. Candidates can use Ctrl + F to quickly search for their register number, making it one of the most sought-after Government Jobs in Tamil Nadu. Qualified candidates must pay the Rs. 150/- mains examination fee through the OTR dashboard between December 23, 2025 and December 29, 2025. The Main Examination will take place on February 08, 2026 for the Tamil Eligibility Test and February 22, 2026 for General Studies. The Commission will release the final answer key and cutoff marks soon.

Important Instructions for Qualified Candidates

• Pay the Rs. 150/- Mains exam fee (if not exempted) between Dec 23, 2025 and Dec 29, 2025
• Candidates exempted from Tamil Eligibility Test must upload the prescribed certificate in the specified format by Dec 29, 2025
• Admission to Mains is provisional and subject to verification of all claims (age, category, qualification, PSTM etc.)
• Keep checking the official website for Mains admit card, schedule updates and further notifications
• No individual communication will be sent by post; updates via SMS/email and website only
• Start preparing for the Mains Examination immediately

• Visit the official TNPSC website: tnpsc.gov.in
• Go to the “Results” or “What’s New” section on the homepage.
• Click on the link for Combined Civil Services Examination-II (Group II & IIA Services) Preliminary Examination Result.
• The result will be displayed as a downloadable PDF document.
• Use Ctrl + F to search your Register/Roll Number in the list.
• If your number is listed, congratulations – you are qualified/provisionally admitted to the Mains Exam!
• Download and print the PDF for future reference.
