Path to Final Selection for UPSSSC Inter Level Recruitment 2026
- Candidates are shortlisted for the Mains exam based on their normalized score in PET 2025 in the ratio of 15:1 for each category which includes all the candidates who are at the same cutoff level.
- Candidates are to have a valid PET 2025 score card to apply and candidates with zero or negative score are not short listed.
- If a candidate has been marked as an investigation or provisional in the PET results they may apply conditionally, which the commission will decide on.
- The Mains exam consists of 100 questions for 100 marks to be completed in 2 hours, with mark deducted for every incorrect answer (40% of the total mark).
- The paper includes General Studies, Data Interpretation, General Hindi, Computer Knowledge and UPGK (General Knowledge related to UP).
- The Posts are allotted by merit, preference, availability and eligibility at the document verification and the decision of the commission is final.
- The final merit list is done as per the reservation and selected candidates get Government Job in UP in the respective Departments.
How to Submit Application for UPSSSC Inter Level Recruitment 2026
- Go to the commission’s official website at https://upsssc.gov.in/
- On the ‘Notice Board‘ on the home page, click on the advertisement titled Ad”vertisement No. 26-Exam/2026“, for Combined Under Subordinate Service (Intermedite Level) Main Examination.
- Before applying read the full advertisement carefully so as to have the posts, eligibility, age limit and reservation rules clear.
- Enter into the system using the OTP that was sent to the registered mobile number or email with the PET 2025 registration number.
- Review the information that has been automatically entered for the individual, including name, domicile, category and date of birth.
- Choose the posts of your choice and select Yes or No under educational qualification and then enter board, year, roll number and marks.
- Refer to the previously shown picture and signature from PET which may not be altered.
- Fill in all declaration boxes, type in the Verification Code and hit Save and Submit to proceed to the payment page.
- Pay the Rs. 25/- processing fee online, because the form of every applicant of UPSSSC Lower Subordinate Recruitment 2026 is submitted only after successful fee reconciliation.
- In the event of a failed payment or if the form does not show up, update your Transaction ID by Double Verification in the applicant segment.
- Please download and print the Final form and Modify Application by December 1, 2026. Please make necessary modifications in the Application until December 8, 2026.
