- Written examination for 80 marks on various subjects for the IFC Community Resource Person Jobs

FAQs
The applicants should be women residents of Paschim Medinipur district, with at least three years of active membership of any of the SHGs functioning under the NRLM program. The interested women should also be within the age limit of 25-40 years as of January 1st, 2026 and completed their Higher Secondary or equivalent course. The women should also be aware of computers and should be ready to work outside the GP or Block where they are residing. Having an experience as an extension working in an SRLM is not required but preferred.
The selection process will comprise an objective written test, computer test and interview. In the written test, there will be multiple-choice questions of objective types on general knowledge, mathematics, logic, English, Bengali, SHG and current affairs. Depending on the written test performance, a computer test and interview will be conducted. There will be no TA/DA for attending the tests.
The chosen candidates are expected to be deployed in a number of villages within Paschim Medinipur district, West Bengal. The candidates are also expected to be willing to support IFC activities outside their home group and, if required, outside their home district or state.
