Selection Process for Paschim Bardhaman District Recruitment 2025
For Posts 1–4
- Written Examination (65 marks): Includes General English, Bengali, Arithmetic, and General Knowledge.
- Educational Qualifications & Experience: 20 marks.
- Interview: 15 marks.
- A candidate panel will be shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio based on performance.
For Posts 5–12
- Walk-in Interview: 20 marks.
- Work Experience: 30 marks.
- Priority will be given to candidates proficient in the tribal language (Olchiki) and those with prior experience working in tribal hostels.
