Stages of Candidate Evaluation for CPCL Executive Recruitment 2026

• The Post Codes 01 to 07 are based on a computer based test, which is expected to be held in Chennai only.
• The test is of 120 objective questions with 120 marks, of which 50 mark appropriate to the general aptitude and 70 mark appropriate to the discipline knowledge.
• It will take 2 hours and 0.25 mark will be deducted for incorrect answers.
• The shortlisted candidates are then required to appear for a group discussion/group task and the Official Language candidates will be asked to appear in a skill test followed by a personal interview.
• Post Codes 01-06 will get 10% weightage of the interview, 5% group task and 85% weightage of CBT, thereby leading to Government Jobs in Tamil Nadu.
• For SC, ST and PwBD, candidates need 40 marks in the CBT and interview while reserved candidates require 35 marks in the CBT and interview.
• Post Code 08: 20 percent group discussion, 80 percent interview with 40 percent minimum interview.

• About Service Bond: 01 to 07 Post Codes Candidates must sign a Service Bond of 3 years duration during the CPCL Executive Recruitment 2026.
