- Download the notification with the subject of “Recruitment for the following posts on a purely temporary basis in the Extramural Multicentric Project funded by ICMR”.
- Download and print the application form prescribed in the notification.
- Fill the form in block letters giving all details and a recent passport size photograph.

Shortlisted candidates must download the pre-published application form from the AIIMS Gorakhpur official website and appear for the walk-in interview on November 7, 2025. The applicant must bring the filled-out form, original certificates and self-attested photocopies of all documents, including educational qualifications, experience certificates and ID. The candidate must possess a Master of Public Health degree from a good university or college. Two years of experience in a research project is preferable. The age limit should not be more than 45 years and the applicants must ensure they are eligible on all counts before going for the interview.

When over three times the available posts number of people turn up for the interview, a written test can be conducted to shortlist individuals.
