Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), which is a Navratna Company and the leading Professional Electronics Company of India under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications of qualified Indian nationals to recruit Engineering Assistant Trainees (EAT) and Technician C positions permanently in its Ghaziabad Unit. Applications should be made online by 30th October 2025. Ensure that you fit the requirements, such as education, age limit and other requirements. The choice will be made on the basis of a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and document verification; the test will be tentatively taken in November 2025 in Delhi/NCR.

Selection Process
- Delhi/NCR Computer-Based Test (CBT).
- Part I: general aptitude(50 marks)
- Part II: Technical Aptitude (100 marks)
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 35 percent in General/OBC/ EWS, 30 percent in SC/ST/ PwBD in both parts.
- Tie Resolution: More marks in the Technical section, then in General Awareness, then a higher percentage in the qualifying exam, then seniority in accordance with the date of birth.
- Checking of documents of shortlisted candidates with original and self-attested copies.

Applicants have to be citizens of India with the right educational qualifications, age and minimum marks in the post of Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT) or Technician C. In the case of EAT, one should have a 3-year diploma in the concerned field of engineering, and the Technician C applicants must have SSLC + ITI with a National Apprenticeship Certificate.
