Recruitment Procedure for Bengaluru City Civil Court Recruitment 2026

  • Grade-III Typist Examination Procedure: Selected based on examination marks, followed by an examination in Kannada and English typing (typing of 120 words per minute, 45 wpm is the requirement; min. 50 out of 100 marks).
  • Peon / Attender Test Procedure: Selected on the basis of qualification marks, followed by Kannada & English Language Typing examination (totally of 100 marks, passing marks is 50) to become eligible for these Karnataka Government Jobs.
  • Driver Exam: Those who get 50 marks in the qualification examination are selected in 1:25 ratio for a practical test in driving followed by a 10 mark interview.
  • Process Server Testing: Screened on the basis of SSLC marks in a strict 1:25 ratio, followed by a final 10 marks interview.
  • Peon / Guard (Javana) Test: Selected in a 1:10 ratio based on SSLC academic results with final selection based on a 10 mark personal interview.
  • Mandatory Probation Program: Every picked candidate has to finish a probation spell of 2 years, it may be reduced depending on their performance and work quality though.

  • Attach self attested scanned copy of mark sheets, community certificate and reservations as required by the system.

It is required that the candidates must apply for themselves through official e-courts Karnataka online website portal only. Online application link for the process will be provided from July 1, 2026 to July 30, 2026. No offline process of application will be provided by recruitment department.

Selection process for Typist Grade-III post will be done on shortlisting through education merit list, typing test in Kannada and English language and interview process. However for driver post, selection process will be done through practical test on driving skill in the ratio of 1:25 and at last interview of 10 marks.

Yes, candidates of Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Category-I and Persons with Disability (PwD) are totally exempted from paying any application fees. Whereas general merit candidates are required to pay Rs. 300/-. Applicants of Category-IIA, IIB, IIIA and IIIB have to pay Rs. 150/- online.
