We are government registered and an aviation training and manpower organization serving the IGI airport in Delhi. We work with Airlines, Ground Handling Companies, Cargo Operators, Ground Services, VIP Lounges, and Retail Services with respect to Terminal 1, T2 and T3. 

This is recruitment for two airport frontline positions:

• Airport Ground Staff: our job description wizard talks about customer service in relation to passenger check, boarding support, ticketing support and overall terminal customer service.
• Airport Loader: Involves the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo, cleaning and sanitising the cabin area of the aircraft, managing trolleys used on the ramp, and assisting in wheelchair customer assistance.

1. Education

• Ground Staff: 12th pass (or higher) or ITI from recognized board.
• Loader: 10th pass from a recognized board.

2. Age

• Ground Staff: 18‑30 years
• Loader: 20‑40 years
• No age relaxation is provided

3. Gender

• Ground Staff: Open to all genders
• Loader: Only male candidates.

4. Experience

• Freshers, including ITI and 10th/12th pass candidates, are eligible—no aviation certificates needed.

Selection Process

1. Written Test (Both Roles):

• Time Limit: 1.5 hours
• 100 MCQs (25 marks each part)
•  Subjects: Reasoning & Aptitude, General Awareness, English   (excluding Loader), and Aviation Knowledge.

2. Interview (Ground Staff only):

• For the next step, there will be an interview to inspect your personality, communication, and readiness to work in frontline airport positions.

3. Final Merit List:

• Candidates are selected based on the combined performance (written + interview), after which document checks and medical examinations take place.
