| Manager – MSME Relationship (MMG/ S-II) | Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks. Ideally, candidates should possess a two-year full-time postgraduate degree or MBA or an equivalent qualification. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. |
| Senior Manager – MSME Relationship (MMG/ S-III) | Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks. Preferably 2 years full-time PG/ MBA or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. |
