Selection Process for CMHO Recruitment 2026
- For most Chhattisgarh Government Health Jobs, 85% weightage is given to marks scored in essential educational qualifications.
- Laboratory Technician posts have a combination of 12th marks (40%) and technical course marks (45%).
- Secretarial posts have a combination of 20% weightage for computer qualifications and 65% for educational marks.
- Applicants get 3 marks per year (max 15) for NHM experience or 2 marks per year (max 10) for other Government Jobs in Chhattisgarh.
- 10 bonus marks are available for those who have at least 6 months of experience in CG government health institutions during the pandemic.
- Applicants are shortlisted in a 1:10 or 1:5 ratio depending on the total number of vacancies.
- In the case of equal marks, the older candidate gets preference in the merit list.
