  • Booster dose completion (2nd year): Rs. 75/-
  • Family planning motivation (sterilization): Rs. 500/-
  • PPIUCD motivation: Rs. 150/-
  • Malaria slide/RDT test (14 per month): Rs. 210/-
  • PF/PV malaria treatment completion: Rs. 200/-
  • Leprosy treatment completion: Rs. 400/-
  • TB treatment completion: Rs. 500/-

Selection Process

  • Applications shall be accepted only through Speed Post/Registered Post on or before the due dates.
  • Eligibility will be determined based on educational qualifications, age and residence requirements.
  • The merit list will mainly rely on the marks obtained in the 10th standard with extra awards of marks for the certificate of Naxal-affected status.
  • Verification of documents will be carried out in respect of all candidates shortlisted before the final appointment.
  • Final selection will be made by the District Selection Committee and their decision will be final.
