- Completion of immunization (BCG to Measles): Rs. 100/-
- Booster dose completion (2nd year): Rs. 75/-
- Family planning motivation (sterilization): Rs. 500/-
- PPIUCD motivation: Rs. 150/-
- Malaria slide/RDT test (14 per month): Rs. 210/-
- PF/PV malaria treatment completion: Rs. 200/-
- Leprosy treatment completion: Rs. 400/-
- TB treatment completion: Rs. 500/-
Selection Process
- Applications shall be accepted only through Speed Post/Registered Post on or before the due dates.
- Eligibility will be determined based on educational qualifications, age and residence requirements.
- The merit list will mainly rely on the marks obtained in the 10th standard with extra awards of marks for the certificate of Naxal-affected status.
- Verification of documents will be carried out in respect of all candidates shortlisted before the final appointment.
- Final selection will be made by the District Selection Committee and their decision will be final.
