Selection Process
- October 25, 2025, will witness the walk-in interviews on the Lab Technician post for the National AIDS Control Programme conducted by the District North Bastar Kanker (CG), from 10:30 AM to 04:00 PM.
- Total Vacancy: 01 Post (AJJA Category); monthly consolidated remuneration Rs. 21,000/-
- Eligibility: B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT/BMLS) or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/DMLS) recognized by State/Central Government with working experience in a relevant field.
- Applicants must be residents of Chhattisgarh and must possess a valid domicile certificate of the State. They should carry self-attested documents along with the original certificates at the time of the interview.
- 70% of the Merit List would consist of educational marks, experience marks and COVID Bonus marks; 20 marks would be allocated for a skill test.
- The district will invite up to 10 candidates to appear for selection for each post (1:10 ratio) based on this list.
- In addition, the district will offer a contract up until March 31, 2026, for renewal depending on performance. The final selection committee formed by the district will carry out the selection process.

- You should check the ‘Recruitment’ section of the official website of the district: https://kanker.gov.in/en/, which has notice for the position of “Lab Technician” under the ‘Notices’ bar.
- Candidates are also required to fill out the application forms carefully.
- Applicants must submit an application form along with self-attested true copies of all relevant documents including educational certificates, experience certificates, domicile certificate of CG, caste certificate, live employment registration, proof of ID etc.
- The candidate must appear for the interview in person on October 25, 2025 between 10:30 AM and 04:00 PM, at the Office of Chief Medical & Health Officer, District North Bastar Kanker (CG).
- Presently applicants have to produce the original certificate of all the documents regarding verification.
- Besides, the authorities would not give any TA/DA, nor would they consider the applications received after the due date or incomplete.
- Applicants must carry with them all the original documents at the time of verification.
- Only Chhattisgarh residents; domicile certificate required.

To qualify, candidates should possess either a B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT/BMLS) or a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/DMLS) valid through the State/Central certification of such qualifications. Relevant experience in diagnostic laboratories is an added advantage.
The merit list prepared on the basis of selection has 70% weightage for educational while some marks are allotted for experience, COVID bonus points and skill tests/interviews. Only the shortlisted candidates up to ten times the number of vacancies is called for the interview.
The applicant must carry along with them a completed application form along with a self-attested copy of the educational certificates, experience letters, covid service proof (if any done) and residence certificate. Original Documents must be produced for verification.
