Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) which is a leading Miniratna Schedule-A PSU under the Government of India has published the CSL Deputy Manager (Naval Architect) Recruitment 2025 notification concerning the recruitment of eligible Indian nationals. Pay Scale & Benefits
- Grade: E2 (Executive cadre)
- Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000/- (IDA pattern)
- Present Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 1,08,400/- more or less.
- Other Benefits: Contributory Provident Fund, NPS, Gratuity, Medical facilities to family and self, Accident Insurance, Leave encashment, PRP and other allowances as per CSL.
Selection Process
- CSL will review all the applications and shortlist candidates who seem to meet the eligibility criteria and relevant experience.
- The shortlisted candidates will give a maximum 10-minute Power Point Presentation on their work experience.
- Only candidates who successfully pass the Power Point Presentation will proceed to Group Discussion.
- Following Group Discussion, shortlisted candidates will have a Personal Interview.
- CSL will make a final selection based on the aggregate amount of scores assigned to each candidate from the following Work Experience (40 marks) + Power Point Presentation (30 marks) + Group Discussion (10 marks) + Personal Interview (20 marks) = Total 100 marks.
- The entire selection process will be conducted by CSL either at CKSRU, Kolkata or online.
