Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company Limited (CSPGCL) has released an announcement regarding the evaluation of potential apprentice candidates for the period 2026/2027 as per the guidelines of the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. Interested individuals must have the qualifications of an ITI or diploma or graduation and be located in Chhattisgarh to be eligible to apply before the deadline of February 20, 2027. Pay Scale

- Graduate Apprentice (General Faculty – B.Sc./BCA): Rs. 12,300/- per month
- Diploma Apprentice: Rs. 10,900/- per month
Selection Process
- Selection will be strictly on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying exam.
- Merit list preparation would also take into consideration interview performance.
- The main selection list and the waiting list will be uploaded on the Company website.
- The selected candidates would receive an email and must report on the date given in the email to sign the contract.
- In case of non-receipt of an email, candidates must check the website regularly for updates.

- ITI Apprentices: Register on Apprenticeship India portal and get a valid 16-digit registration number.
- Graduate/Diploma Apprentices: Register on NATS Portal and obtain a valid 16-digit registration number.

- Go to Recruitment section to find the post of “CSPGCL for Graduates/Diploma & I.T.I.”.
- Fill out the given application form.
- Attach self-attested copies of the requisites (10th/12th marksheet, ITI/Degree/Diploma certificate, caste certificate, domicile, Aadhaar, PAN, bank passbook).
