Eligibility Criteria

| Executive Director (E9 Level) Civil | Regular Officer of respective IR service with at least 04 years of service in SAG grade (including NFSAG) or E8 grade in the IDA scale. Minimum 25 years of Group A/Managerial service. |
| Executive Director (E9 Level) S&T | The officer must have relevant experience in Policy, Planning, Procurement & implementation of Signalling & Telecommunication work. |
| Executive Director (E9 Level) Electrical | Experience in Planning, Design & Construction of Overhead Equipment, Traction Substation, SCADA and Power Supply work. |
| Executive Director (E9 Level) OP & BD (IRTS) | Planning of junction arrangements, Operating Control Centre, Business Development, Public- Private Partnership and Track Access Charge. |
