Remuneration Overview

• Project Engineer Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000/- (1st Year), Rs. 45,000/- (2nd Year), Rs. 50,000/- (3rd Year) and Rs. 55,000/- (4th Year).
• Technical Officer Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000/- (1st Year), Rs. 28,000/- (2nd Year) and Rs. 31,000/- (3rd & 4th Year).
• Assistant Project Engineer Pay: Rs. 25,506/- per month (revised semi-annually).
• Senior Artisan Pay: Rs. 23,368/- per month (revised semi-annually).
• Other Benefits: Company PF, reimbursement of premiums on medical insurance, paid leaves and TA/DA on official business.
• Attire Allowance: Rs. 8,400/- is a one-time allowance given to the Project Engineers on the completion of 6 months services.
