Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), a Miniratna (Category-I) Public Sector Enterprise of the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, has declared the ECIL Technical Officer Recruitment 2025. Selection Process
- Shortlisting in a 1:4 ratio (category-wise: UR/EWS/OBC/SC/ST) based on aggregate percentage in BE/B.Tech.
- Tiebreaker: Higher marks in Class X; if tied, earlier date of birth.
- Document verification and personal interview for shortlisted candidates in Hyderabad.
- Final merit determined by: Qualification (20% of BE/B.Tech aggregate percentage), Work Experience (30 marks: 10 for initial 1 year, 10 per additional year, max 30) and Personal Interview (50 marks).

Candidates should possess a BE/B.Tech degree in the following relevant streams: ECE, ETC, E and I, Electronics, EEE, Electrical, CSE, IT or Mechanical. The examination should be passed with at least 60% aggregate marks, 50% in the case of SC/ST. The applicants must possess 1 year of post-qualification experience in production, industrial operations, maintenance or other related areas. The knowledge of MS Office is also basic and required. Age and category relaxations will take place according to government norms.
