The Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) Hospital, Okhla, New Delhi, has called for the recruitment of Senior Residents (Contractual 1 Year), Senior Residents against GDMO, and Full Time/Part Time Contractual Specialists for selection. Application Fee

Pay Scale
- Senior Residents (All): Rs. 1,46,232/- per month consolidated. Deduction: Rs. 1,350/- if only Diploma; Rs. 2,250/- if no Diploma/Degree.
- Full Time Junior Specialist: Rs. 1,46,232/-
- Full Time Senior Specialist: Rs. 1,70,208/-
- Part Time Specialist: Rs. 60,000/- for 16 hours/week + Rs. 15,000/- extra for emergency calls + Rs. 800/- per additional hour.
Selection Process
- Candidates must attend the walk-in interview on November 11, 2025 after reporting at ESI Hospital, Okhla, New Delhi between 09.00 and 11.00 with all necessary documents and application forms.
- Document verification will be done on site, original and attested photocopies of educational qualifications, DMC registration, experience certificate, age certificate, caste certificate and other mandates will be checked.
- Eligible candidates will appear for interview before the selection committee where preference will be given to PG degree/diploma holders over MBBS with experience.
- Selection is based on performance in the interview, merit and availability according to category-wise reservation with the board’s decision as final.
- Selected candidates have to pay application fee if applicable, deposit Rs. Security of Rs.10,000/- on joining sign contract agreement and join immediately or as directed subject to medical fitness and no objection.

- Go to the recruitment section to find the “Post of Senior Resident and Contracual Specialist.
- Attend walk-in interview on November 11, 2025 at ESI Hospital, Okhla, New Delhi.
- Submit pre-filled application format (Annexure A, B, C) on the day with attested photocopies of: Matriculation certificate, age proof, caste certificate, MBBS/Diploma/Degree certificates, attempt certificates, valid DMC registration, experience certificates, proof of residence, two passport photos. Bring originals for verification.
- In-service candidates need NOC from employer.
- Deposit Rs. 10,000/- security via DD at joining (refundable after tenure). Sign agreement on Rs. 100/- stamp paper.
- Required documents: ID proof, address proof, DOB certificate, photos, Aadhar/PAN/Bank details, 10th/ 12th marks, MBBS/MD certificates, internship completion, caste/EWS certificate.
- No TA/DA. Private practice not allowed for full-time. Contract terminable with 1-month notice. No benefits like PF etc. Vacancies subject to change.

FAQs
Candidates holding a postgraduate degree or diploma in the concerned specialty are eligible. MBBS professionals having a minimum of two years’ experience with one year in the subject department may also be considered provided suitable PG-qualified candidates are not available.
Selection will be based on a walk-in interview on November 11, 2025. The candidates will have to submit the application in the prescribed format along with the original and attested certificates. PG-qualified doctors will be preferred, but experienced MBBS may be considered.
The General and OBC candidates must pay Rs. 300/-, while SC/ST will pay Rs. 75/-. The women and PWD applicants are exempted from fees. Payment in the form of Demand Draft should be made in the favor of “ESI Fund A/c no. 01,” payable at New Delhi. No other mode of payment will be accepted.
