Qualified Indian nationals with the required academic credentials and administrative experience are invited to apply through direct recruitment regularly. The last date to submit applications is 07th July 2025. Candidates are advised to review the eligibility criteria, including age limit, qualifications and experience, before applying. - Download the detailed advertisement and prescribed application form for the Dean Recruitment 2025 from the official notification.
- Carefully read the instructions and eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement to ensure you meet all required conditions including qualifications, experience and age limit.
- Fill in the application form completely and correctly, using capital letters where instructed. Incomplete or incorrect applications are liable to be rejected.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents such as educational qualifications, experience certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), age proof and other relevant testimonials.
- Enclose a demand draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favor of “ESIC Fund Account No. I” (for General/ OBC/ EWS candidates only). SC/ ST/ Female/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempt from payment of fees.
- Place the completed application form and documents in an envelope superscribed with “Application for the post of Dean for ESIC Medical Education Institutions – 2025”.
- Send the envelope by Speed Post or Registered Post to the address mentioned in the official notification to reach on or before 07th July 2025.
- Retain a copy of the completed application form and proof of dispatch for future reference.
