ESIC Faridabad Senior Residents Recruitment 2025 – Walk-In Interview for 67 Posts
Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has declared the ESIC Senior Resident Recruitment 2025 to qualified medical professionals. It is now one of the best Government Medical Jobs in India as it requests eligible Indian doctors to make an application by walking in interviews commencing December 10, 2025. Make sure you match the eligibility requirements such as educational credentials, age restriction and experience. The successful candidates will be selected on contract basis in ESIC medical college and hospital, Faridabad, Haryana according to the document verification and performance in the interview.

Important Dates

Pay Scale
- Consolidated remuneration: Rs. 1,48,669/- per month
- Non-PG Senior Residents (only in ICU): Level-10 of 7th CPC + allowances
- Security Deposit: Rs. 20,000/- (refundable)
- Hostel accommodation: If available; no HRA payable if availed
Selection Process
- Before getting to interview the candidates will be subjected to mandatory document verification.
- Applicants with incomplete and unsatisfactory documents will not be given an opportunity to appear before the Interview Board.
- The merit of academic qualification and performance in the personal interview will be combined to select the candidates.
- The overall outcome will be announced and posted on the official ESIC web site (www.esic.nic.in) only in under Recruitment section.
- All intimation will be made with no individual intimation being made except Offer of Appointment by registered e-mail.
How to Apply for ESIC Recruitment 2025
- Visit the official ESIC website: www.esic.nic.in
- Click on the home page of the “Recruitment” section.
- Select the advert that is named as “Advertisement for interview dated 10.12.2025 for senior resident”.
- Get the application form and document checklist as prescribed and downloaded along with advertisement.
- Complete the application form in the required format in a proper way.
- Write Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund A/c No. 1, payable at Faridabad, the amount of which is 500/- (in case of a Demand draft).
- The duly filled application form, original documents, self-attested photocopies, DD and two recent passport-size photographs on the interview date.
- Sharp Report at 09:00 AM -10:00 AM at Faculty Reading Hall, Academic Block, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, NH-3, NIT, Faridabad.
- Applicants seeking employment in more than one department should file independent application forms and fees and documents on each post.
FAQs
It is required that the applicants should examine the official notification, gather all the required documents and report to the identified venue on the definite date of interview. They are expected to carry original certificates accompanied by self attested photocopies to be verified. There will be no previous online application. The candidates have to be punctual since there is time spent in the verification of the documents and the interview is yet to start.
The participants have to have a valid medical degree in the corresponding specialty like MD, MS or DNB. Depending on availability, some non-PG candidates with experience can also be taken into account. The upper age limit should also be in line with ESIC rules. All the criteria must be checked by the applicants in advance to prevent being disqualified at the document verification phase.
The main criteria used is the performance of the candidates during the personal interview when selecting. Prior to the interview, document verification is done to ascertain eligibility. Candidates whose documents satisfy the requirements are only permitted to go ahead. Merit list is eventually drawn up based on score during interviews and selected candidates are hired on contract basis.
