Selection Process
- Submit the application in Annexure-A before November 18, 2025, by post/hand/e-mail.
- Eligible retired candidates will be short-listed based on their qualifications and prior ranking.
- The candidates so short-listed will come for an interview at the ESIC Regional office Panchdeep Bhawan Sarvodaya Nagar Kanpur.
- During the interview, original documents (education, experience, PPO, photo ID etc.) will be verified.
- Final merit will be based on performance in the interview. Selected candidates will have to submit a medical fitness certificate.

- Download and fill the application form (Annexure-A).
- Include your mobile number and email ID (interview call letters will be sent via email only).
- Submit the completed application by post, hand or email (rd-up@esic.gov.in) by November 18, 2025.
- Send or submit applications to: Regional Director (Establishment Branch-I), ESIC Regional Office, Panchdeep Bhawan, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh – 208005.
- Carry two self-attested passport-size photos, original certificates, self-attested copies and a Government-issued photo ID on the interview date.
- Selected candidates must produce a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Govt. Civil Surgeon before joining.
- Tenure: One year, extendable yearly based on performance or until a regular appointment, but not beyond 65 years.
- Selected candidates must sign an agreement as per ESIC rules.
- Canvassing will lead to disqualification.
