• The committee shall select the candidates according to eligibility and qualifications.
• Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience under the norms of the IRCA.
• The team prepares a merit list based on academic performance and experience.
• The shortlisted candidates are then called for either document verification or an interview.
• The selection committee prepares the final list of selected candidates which is then submitted for approval.

• Fill the application form in block letters with all information required, like personal details, education, experience and declarations.
• Along with the corresponding notification instructions, all attested copies of the necessary certificates (for example educational, caste, disabled, experience) should also be attached.
• Prepare the Draft Demand Rs. 300/- be paid in favor of “Hospital Development Society, GGH, Kakinada’ and attach with the application.
• Deliver the filled application and documentations to the Office of the Superintendent, Government General Hospital, Kakinada, by hand or through post.
• The applications are to be received by November 04, 2025 before 5:00 P.M. and no late submissions will be taken.
