- The Walk‑In Interview takes place on a specific date and time with the necessary documents at the Training Auditorium, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division, 9 Topkhana Road, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata – 700120.
- Besides distributing the photocopy of each document, he/she must attach three passport photographs.
