Pay Scale
- Single Batch Remuneration: Rs. 1,200/- per day per batch (Inclusive of TA/DA).
- Double Batch Remuneration: Rs. 2,000/- per day for up to two batches (Inclusive of TA/DA).
- Maximum Workload: Maximum of 2 batches per day at any HSC or HASC.
Selection Process
- Online application is sent and the candidate details and the credentials uploaded are confirmed.
- Biometric verification and actual check of authentic academic and experience papers at examination centre.
- Online test (computer based) comprising of 50 objective questions to examine computer science and IT knowledge.
- One-on-one interview of the candidates who have a minimum qualifying marks of 50% in online examination.
- Successful applicants who pass final empanelment as Assessors on a one year basis with performance extension.

FAQs
The applicant should have a degree in IT or Computer Science (B.E., B.Tech, MCA or M.Sc. (IT/CS)). Professional experience in the IT sector should be at least 2 years. Those which have been exposed to teaching or training are favoured and applicants should claim that they are not related to HARTRON or its Skill Centres.
There are 300 vacancies of assessor in various districts of Haryana (without Panchkula). The identified candidates will be dispatched at Skill Centres at the district level and can be relocated to adjacent districts upon the need.
It involves scrutiny of application online, checking of documents, biometric, examination online through computer and interview with the successful candidates. Final empanelment will be granted one year and can be renewed on performance.
