HP Regulatory Commission Recruitment 2025 – Chairperson & Member Vacancies

The Department of Higher Education, Government of Himachal Pradesh, has released a notification for the appointment of a Chairperson and Member in the Himachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Commission, Shimla. Eligible candidates with distinguished service in public life, higher education or having served as Secretary or equivalent in the Government for at least three years may apply. The appointment will be made as per Section 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulatory Commission) Act, 2010, for a tenure of three years or until the appointee reaches the age of 65 years.
