The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) is accepting applications for Consultant and Young Professional roles within its Policy and Communication Division. Roles are available in Content Development, Graphic Design, Statistics and Public Health on a contractual basis. Eligible candidates can apply via email by 10th June 2025. Eligibility Criteria for ICMR Consultant and Young Professional Vacancy 2025

Young Professional-II
(General)
  • Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Sociology, AYUSH, Pharmacy or Social
    Work with a minimum of 55% marks.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Consultant
(Graphic Design)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce or Science from a recognized university.
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience is essential.
Young Professional-II
(Statistics)
  • Postgraduate degree in Statistics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Consultant
(Public Health)
  • Applicants should possess a postgraduate qualification in Public Health or a
    related non-medical scientific field from a recognized institution.
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience is essential.

Age Limit

  • Young Professionals: Maximum 40 Years
  • Consultants: 40 – 70 Years
  • Age relaxation will be provided as per Government of India guidelines.
