Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) has published the IIMC Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025 announcement of 51 vacancies, which are based on posts of Group A, Group B and Group C. The applicants who are eligible and meet the required educational requirements, experience and age will apply online between December 13, 2025 and January 12, 2026. The opportunity presented by this recruitment provides a great chance to the applicants who want to seek Government Jobs in Delhi, as well as to be posted at other destinations. Group A posts involve a written test, skill test and interview in the process of selection. The shortlisted applicants shall be advertised in IIMC campuses in Delhi, Odisha, Mizoram, Maharashtra, Jammu and Kashmir and Kerala.

  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.

  • Proficient in computer, noting and drafting
Senior Research Assistant
  • Post Graduation in disciplines such as Mass Communication, Sociology or related

  • Assistant Editor / Assistant Registrar: Level-10 (Rs. 56,100/- to Rs. 1,77,500/-)
  • Section Officer: Level-7 (Rs. 44,900/- to Rs. 1,42,400/-)
  • All Level-6 Posts: Level-6 (Rs. 35,400/- to Rs. 1,12,400/-)

Selection Process

  • In case of Group A posts: The selection will be done on the basis of Written Test, Skill Test (where necessary) and Interview. Interview will be called to only those candidates who will be eligible in Written and Skill Test.
  • In case of Group B and Group C posts: The selection will be done in terms of Written Test and Skill Test (where applicable). Written Test will be the only applicant who is eligible to undergo Skill Test.
  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on criteria that are stipulated by the Selection Committee.
  • The list of final merit will be prepared according to the performance during the stages

  • Go to the home page of the official site http://iimc.gov.in.
  • Go to the section, “Information Corner” and choose “Vacancy”
  • Find and open the advertisement “IIMC-Advt. No. 03-2025”.
  • Go to the online application option i.e. iimcnt.samarth.edu.in/ given in the advetisment.
  • Full registration and fill the online application form with correct details.
  • Post specified documents, photograph and signature.
  • Write Demand Draft of application fee (where applicable) in favour of Indian Institute of Mass Communication payable at New Delhi.
  • Make the online application and print out the filled form.
  • Submit the hard copy with the self attested documents and Demand Daft (where applicable) to The Deputy Registrar, Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, New JNU Campus, New Delhi -110067 by Speed/Registered Post only, latest by January 19, 2026 (5.00 PM).
