FAQs
The applicants must be Indian nationals with a graduate degree in any field. Familiarity with the Odia language, willingness to travel within Odisha and prior experience in survey interviews or qualitative studies is preferable. Experience of supervision is preferable for the supervisor posts. This would mean that the applicants possess the ability to provide sufficient support in the field survey and data collection for the project.
First appointment is for 30 days, extendable as per project needs. Field Investigators receive Rs. 20,000/- per month, Supervisors Rs. 24,000/- per month. Travel expenses and daily expenses are provided according to Institute norms.
Application last date is October 30, 2025, 5 PM. Online interview will be used for selection. Shortlisted candidates only will be contacted and the Institute has the right to relax qualification and experience criteria in deserving cases.
