- Pay Scale: Rs. 90,000/- to Rs. 1,50,000/- per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience).
- Other Facilities: Car with driver and petrol, telephone/mobile and eligible travelling & halting allowance for outstation duties (as per Scale VII GM).
- Contract Period: 2 years with annual performance review; terminable with one month’s notice or salary in lieu.
- Holidays: 12 random leaves per year (1 per month) and 1 day privilege leave per 11-day duty (available after 6 months); No leave.
Selection Process
- Short listing: On the basis of age, educational qualification and work experience given in the electronic application.
