Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a flagship and Maharatna company in the energy sector in India, is recruiting dynamic and committed Diploma Engineers of Indian nationality to the post of Junior Engineer/ Officer (Grade E0). Pay Scale
- Salary: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 1,20,000/- per month
- Gross Annual Remuneration: Approx. Rs. 10.6 Lakhs (including Performance Related Pay, subject to place of posting and performance).

Service Bond

Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 100 MCQs, 150 minutes, negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer.
- Group Discussion & Group Task (GD/GT): 5% weightage, minimum 40% marks required.
- Personal Interview (PI): 10% weightage, minimum 40% marks required.
- Final Merit List – Composite Score: CBT 85% + GD/GT 5% + PI 10%.

The applicants should possess a three-year Diploma in the specific engineering field from a recognized institution on a full-time basis. The minimum marks are 65 percent in the case of General/EWS/OBC-NCL and 55 per cent in the case of SC/ST/PwBD. The maximum age is 26 years in General/EWS and there are relaxations in respect of reservations.
IndianOil Junior Engineer Recruitment 2025 Computer-Based Test (CBT) will take place on the 31st day. Shortlisting of candidates in the CBT will include Group Discussion/Group Task and the Personal Interview round. The download of admit cards will start 16th October 2025.
