IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 537 Technical & Non-Technical Posts
Posted on: August 30, 2025Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), India’s largest commercial enterprise and a Fortune “Global 500” company, invites applications from Indian citizens for engagement of about 537 trainees in technical and non-technical trades under the Apprentice Act, 1961 (as amended). It is part of IOCL’s commitment to skill-building for the nation, offering opportunities at various places in its pipelines division. Applications are open from 29 August 2025 to 18 September 2025. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria, including educational qualification, age limit and other requirements are encouraged to apply online. The selection will be merit-based, in which there will be no written test or interview.

Selection Process
- Selection will be based on a Panel cum Merit List prepared from the percentage of marks in the qualifying examination (aggregate of all semesters/years).
- In case of a tie, preference will be given to candidates with an earlier date of birth or higher matriculation marks.
- No written test or personal interview will be conducted.
- Candidates must be medically fit as per IOCL’s pre-engagement medical standards (available at https://plapps.indianoilpipelines.in/ under Downloads).

- Register on NATS (for Technician & Graduate Apprentices) or NAPS (for Trade Apprentices) according to the trade.
- Complete Part I Registration by providing basic information and setting a password.
- Obtain a system-generated registration number on the registered email/SMS.
- Complete Part-II Registration by uploading a scanned photograph (20–50 KB, JPG), signature (10–30 KB, JPG) and providing educational and other details.
- Use the same email ID and mobile number as used in the NATS/NAPS portal.
- Submit the application form online by 18 September 2025 (11:59 PM IST).
- Keep a printed copy of the application for your records and future reference.
