Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a leading and one of the biggest commercial ventures in India and a Fortune “Global 500 Company, has declared the IOCL Refinery Apprentice Recruitment 2025 to the Indian nationals (qualified) under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 (amended). The applications will be received online by December 18, 2025 and the candidates need the necessary qualification, experience and skills. Make sure that you qualify regarding the requirements like education, age restriction as well as category reservation. The identification will be on merit (marks in prescribed qualification) and verification of the documents will be done followed by the engagement of the successful candidates as apprentices in 9 refinery units in different states. • PwBD (SC/ST) candidates: 15 years
• PwBD (OBC-NCL) candidates: 13 years

Pay Scale

• Stipend will be paid monthly according to the Apprentices Act of 1961/1973 and Apprentices Rules of 1992 (amended).
• The amount of stipend will be in accordance with the guidelines of the corporation.

Selection Process

• It is not a written test but all-semester/year-round aggregate percentage of marks in the required qualification are used in selecting candidates, who are not required to complete a written test.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are applying apprenticeship training to the first time.
• Under tie in percentage, the old ones (by date of birth) will be ranked higher; in case dates of birth are equal the higher Matriculation marks will be used.
• PwBD applicants who will have relaxation of 5% in the qualifying marks will be treated in the same way as reserved seats of PwBD.
• Final engagement will be at the will of the management, there is no right of a candidate to be selected.

• Applicants must go through the official IOCL site at www.iocl.com or simply go to www.iocrefrecruit.in between 28-11-2025 (10:00 hrs) and 18-12-2025 (17:00 hrs).
• You need to be registered on the right portal with an active and valid registration
  – Trade Apprentice 101, 102, 103, 108, 109, 110, 111) onto NAPS portal https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
  – To Technician Apprentice codes 104, 105, 106, 107- Register/Apply on NATS portal https://nats.education.gov.in
• Enter into NAPS/NATS portal with respect to desirable refinery/trade with appropriate Establishment ID.
• Make sure that NAPS/NATS profile is 100% accurate (marks, category, photo etc.).
• Thereupon apply on www.iocrefrecruit.in with same email and mobile number.
• Photo and Signature (under 50KB, jpg).
• Type in correct NAPS/NATS enrolment number (disagreement = rejection).
• Both Step-I (NAPS/NATS) and Step-II (IOCL portal) = invalid.
• No fee. Take print of IOCL application to check the document.
