ITI Young Professionals Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 215 Posts
ITI Limited (A Govt. of India Undertaking) has revealed the recruitment plan for 215 Young Professionals on a contract basis in various divisions. Suitably qualified Indian citizens with the right educational qualifications and experience are welcome to submit their online applications by January 12, 2026. It is among the Latest PSU Jobs in India. The mode of selection will be based on shortlisting, group discussion/personal interview (for Graduates) or skill test (for Technicians/Operators). Finally, the selected candidates will be there in different parts of India.

Selection Process
- Shortlisting of candidates will be done through a measurable points, based method with the weight of components for qualifications, experience and other criteria.
- After shortlisting, YP, Graduate candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
- Shortlisted YP, Technician and YP, Operator candidates will be intimated for a Skill Test.
- The company will confirm the final list based on the examination and company requirements.
- It is at the discretion of the company to change the process or to limit the number of candidates who are called for assessment.

FAQs
This is dependent on the post for which you are applying. Graduates must hold a BE/B.Tech or MCA/M.Sc in relevant fields. Technicians need a Diploma and operators need an ITI trade certificate. The length of age varies by category with the maximum age limit for all candidates being 35 years old and the maximum age for internal candidates being 45 years old. Candidates should be Indian nationals and must have the appropriate experience as defined in the official notification.
Graduates are selected on a point system with a shortlisting followed by discussion and interview within the program. Technicians and Operators are also shortlisted in a similar fashion and assessed on a skill test. The process emphasizes merit, qualifications and experience with a focus on fair and transparent evaluation prior to employment.
Posting locations may be different by role or operational requirement. Posts are available at ITI facilities in Bengaluru, Mankapur, Palakkad, Rae Bareli and elsewhere.
