• Non-PG Junior Resident: Maximum 40 years (as on date of interview)
• Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC (U.P. domicile), widowed/divorced women (not remarried) and differently-abled candidates as per U.P. Government rules

Affidavits Required at the Time of Joining

• Annexure-1: Declaration of authenticity of caste certificate.
• Annexure-2: Declaration of not being enrolled in any academic course or private practice.
• Annexure-3 (for Non-PG JR only): Declaration of prior service duration and internship completion within 5 years.
