  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience in vigilance, policy, administration, HR,
    finance or court cases.
Chief Port Administrator
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s in Management preferred) with 3 years’ exp. in security,
    logistics, transport, commerce or operations.
Port Administrator
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s in Management preferred) with 5 years’ exp. in mgmt.,
    planning, HR, finance or vigilance.
Assistant Engineer (Civil)
  • Bachelor’s in Civil/Electrical Engineering with 3 years’ exp. in construction and
    monitoring.
Junior Engineer
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering with 3 years’ exp. in construction and
    monitoring.
Personal Assistant
  • Graduate with Stenography and 5 years’ experience in secretarial practices, office
    management and communication.
Assistant
  • Graduate with 3 years’ experience in administration, HR or finance.
Port Executive
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years’ experience in operations, logistics, HR, transport or
    communication.

Selection Process

  • The guidelines of the DoPT will govern selection in terms of Deputation (Foreign Service).
  • Application forms should be filled and submitted through proper channels with proper supporting documents.
  • The scrutiny of the applications will be done keeping in view the eligibility, qualifications and experience.
  • The Competent Authority will consider shortlisted candidates for approval.
  • It will be subject to vigilance clearance and an integrity certificate for final selection.
