Selection Process
- The committee screens all applications and shortlists candidates based on eligibility, qualifications and submitted documents.
- It prepares the merit list (80 marks) by evaluating academic percentage (up to 10 marks), additional experience (up to 10 marks) and bonus marks for previous OSC/Women Helpline experience (up to 10 marks).
- The committee then calls shortlisted candidates for a Walk-in Interview or Skill Test (20 marks) in a 1:5 or 1:10 ratio per post.
- It finalizes the merit list out of 100 marks and resolves tie cases by giving preference to older candidates.
- Afterward, the selection committee recommends the selected candidates to the District Collector, who issues the final appointment orders.

- Self-attested photocopies of all requisite documents (educational mark-sheets & certificates, experience certificate, Chhattisgarh domicile certificate, caste certificate if applicable, Aadhaar card, age proof, police character certificate etc.) have to be attached.
