Selection Process
- All contenders will participate in a preliminary written examination comprising 100 multiple-choice questions covering various ten subjects with no negative marking.
- Ten times the number of vacancies in each category will be picked by the board to appear for the main written examination, which consists of two papers of 150 marks each.
- The Physical Proficiency Test for successful candidates consists of the 800 m race, long jump and shot put for a total of 100 marks.
- Candidates who passed the PPT and document verification are put through a 50-mark Interview by the selection panel.
- The final merit list is compiled by the MP ESB based on the marks of the Main Written Exam combined with those of the Physical Proficiency Test and Interview.
