Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPSB) has announced the recruitment of 2025 MPs for qualified candidates under Home (Police) Department, Government for qualified candidates – Headquarters and Assistant Sub -Inspector (NAB). of Madhya Pradesh. Candidates possessing the essential qualifications of Higher Secondary (10+2) and computer-related certifications shall apply online for the post from October 3, 2025, to October 17, 2025. This is a great opportunity among Indian Police Jobs for aspirants. Do ensure that you are eligible in terms of educational qualifications, age limit (18-33 years with relaxation and physical standards. The final selection will be made through the written examination (MCQ), skill test (shorthand/typing), document verification and medical examination. After selection, candidates shall be posted in various cadres within the Madhya Pradesh Police.

Physical Standards
- Height: Male – 162 cm; Female -152 cm.
- Chest (Male only): 80 cm (unexpanded) to 85 cm (expanded).
- Medical fitness as per MP Police norms (vision, no deformities etc.).
Selection Process
- Written Exam (MCQs, Hindi, 100 Marks, 2 Hours): General Knowledge (40), Intelligence (30), Science/Math (30).
- Qualifying: Seven times the number of vacancies for each category).
- Document Verification + Skill Test (100 Marks, 1 Hour, Min 30%): Shorthand/Typing skills.
- Physical Measurement & Medical Test: As per standards.
- Final Merit: Written plus skill scores. Reservations will be applied vertically/horizontally.

- Navigate on the “latest updates” section and find out the “Subedar (Stenographer) & Asst. Sub-Inspector Recruitment” notification.
- Read the notification (available in Hindi) through and make sure you fulfill the eligibility criteria.
- Click on the “Apply Online” link to register yourself and to fill in your personal and educational details.
- Upload all scanned copies of required documents – photo, signature, handwriting sample from short test, educational certificates, caste/ EWS/ PwD proof (if applicable) and Aadhaar card.
- Online payments of fees fare accepted by debit or credit card and Net Banking Payment with a few other choices like MP Online Kiosk.
- Review your application, submit it and download receipt/ID, which needs to be referred to for future usages.
