Selection Process
- Candidates will be evaluated in a CBT or Computer-Based Test on the Internet: Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board newspapers for the general knowledge, reasoning abilities and aptitude test online written examination. Also online written examination maps onto subject knowledge of candidates appearing in it.
- Preparation of Provisional Merit List: Based on the marks obtained in CBT, a merit list will be generated. Only candidates above the qualifying cut-off marks will go to the next stage.
- Document Verification: The shortlisted candidates should produce original certificates concerning their age, educational qualifications, caste, domicile and experience for verification by the selection committee.
- Departmental Preference and Allotment: Candidates will be allotted departments or posts according to merit rank, preferences chosen at the time of application and availability of vacancies.
- Final Selection and Appointment: The final selected candidate list will be published on the official website of MPESB and accordingly, the respective departments will release appointment orders after successful verification and approval.
