National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has announced the NABARD Young Professionals (YP) Recruitment 2025–26, inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for contractual positions across multiple disciplines. This program is a wonderful opportunity for young graduates and postgraduates to enter the arena of exposure to policy research, programme evaluation, climate action, data science, IT, finance, development management and other strategic areas. Selection Process
- Applications will be evaluated by the committee based on their academic performance, experience and overall profile.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for further evaluation.
- The candidate has to give a presentation before the Young Professional Selection Committee.
- A personal interview will be conducted to ascertain the candidate’s suitability for the role.
- Final selection will be on the basis of the combined marks of the presentation and interview, followed by medical fitness clearance.
